Instructions & Ingredients For Pink chia seed pudding part:

1 can of coconut milk; don't get the "light" version so you can maintain a thicker texture. (we used this one)

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tbs of your favorite sweetener (we used raw agave)

1/3 cup of chia seeds

1 tbs of our POPJOY Pink Pitaya Powder

Pour the coconut milk into a small bowl. Add the chia seeds slowly as you whisk together with a fork. Add your vanilla extract, sweetener, pitaya powder and mix well. Refrigerate the pudding mixture overnight or at least for a few hours. The coconut milk will absorb the chia seeds and turn into a pudding like texture! Chia seeds hold 10X their weight in liquid! They digest slowly, making them a powerful force for feeling full & satisfied which can lead to weight loss.

Instructions & Ingrediants for the Blue Smoothie Bowl Part:

2 frozen large ripe bananas 

1/2 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 tsp of our POPJOY Blue Spirulina Powder

Using a high powdered blender like a Vitamix pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend until mixed - the consistency should be like "ice cream" if your mixture is too runny add more frozen banana.

To assemble: 

Simply put half of each mixture into a bowl - or try lightly swirling them together for a space bowl effect!

Toppings: Here is where you get to be the artist! Top with your favorite seasonal organic fruit, or superfoods like chia seeds, cacao nibs, bee pollen, coconut shreds... This is the fun part so get creative!
